Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 1, 2025
At Pro World Training, all sales are final. Due to the advance scheduling, preparation, and limited seating for our instructor-led training courses, we do not offer refunds for any reason once a course is booked and confirmed.
By signing a proposal or submitting payment, the customer agrees to the following terms:

No Refunds:
All course fees are non-refundable. This applies to cancellations, no-shows, or missed attendance by the customer. Once a course date is agreed upon and scheduled, no refunds will be issued for any reason. -
Rescheduling:
If rescheduling is needed, customers must notify Pro World Training at least 5 business days before the scheduled training. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval. -
Cancellations:
Failure to cancel within the required 5 business days of the agreed training date will result in a termination fee equal to the full course amount quoted on the proposal. -
Participation and Attendance:
Pricing is based on projected attendance. If fewer attendees participate than originally quoted, Pro World Training reserves the right to adjust the invoice amount up to the full quoted total if staffing and materials were committed to the higher attendance.
